Mr. Jordan Krause

Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Jordan Krause has been serving students in the Tucson community since 2007 as a Classroom Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and COO. Mr. Krause leads with a strong belief that, given the right conditions, any child is capable of success. 

Mr. Krause received his education from the University of Minnesota, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Education, while receiving a K-12 Educational Leadership Endorsement from Western Governors University.  

Mr. Krause enjoys living life with his beautiful wife and three children, and is an avid sports fan (Go Packers!) enjoying everything that competition brings to life. 


Mrs. Terra Maddock

Chief Student Advocate


Mrs. Terra Maddock’s career in education began at Tucson Country Day School in 2002, when she was first hired as a 5th grade teacher. After spending 13 years teaching various grade levels, she decided to pursue her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. During that time, she explored other educational institutes, and, upon completing her program, she landed back at TCDS in 2016. 

Mrs. Maddock holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (with a K-12 principal emphasis) from Northern Arizona University, and holds a Certificate in Gifted Education. 


Mr. Claudio Bravo

Chief Innovation Officer


Born and raised in the Old Pueblo, Mr. Bravo has served Tucson as a Classroom Teacher and Principal for 11 years. He brings energy and enthusiasm in the constant pursuit of creating extraordinary learning experiences for all.

Mr. Bravo earned his Bachelor’s degree at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and a Masters in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University. He is a Certified K-12 Principal. 

Always ready for adventure, Mr. Bravo is an avid cyclist and enjoys road trips around the Southwest with his family.
